Leonardo Da Vinci Billfold ID Wallet
Any brand called Leonaro Da Vinci must be ‘it’ right? Ok, we all know the original Da Vinci as the big guy, the artist, the man of all men. But as I look at this wallet made by that huge name, I realize that the name may be trying to fill shoes way too many sizes too big for it. The Leonardo Da Vinci Men’s Italian Genuine Leather Billfold ID Wallet is a refined shiny leather wallet that seems nothing more than oridnary to me. This wallet shows off a classic billfold with detailed tonal stitching on the frame. The billfold has a flap with four card slots and a change snap pocket on the other side, plus three slit pockets for extras. Now I’m not saying that this wallet isn’t nice, but tagging on a name like the big LDV (Leonardo Da Vinci ) makes one assume that it may be a bit more spectacular- like a pop-up cut out of the Mona Lisa or something!

The playful bird-print inner lining is a delightful contrast to the mostly plain exterior. This Dior Handbags roomy space is made easier to manage with a sizable zippered pocket and three open slips. That’s a little more than the average, which should please gadget-loving girls. If you’re looking for more storage room, you can make use of the large zippered pocket on the back.
The shoulder strap is incredibly long, making it suitable for over-the-shoulder toting and cross-body wear. But I can’t quite work out why it’s removable. Who would have ever thought that quilted would be ‘in’? I guess I always had a stereotypical view of quilts. Quilts remind me of an old-lady past time. But with age I learned a bit of sophistication when it comes to fashion. I may not remember all of my calculus and derivatives, but I sure as heck remember styles that come and go and what makes it. Now do keep in mind that Chanel has been using the classic quilt pattern for quite some time- which is both timeless and elegant. So why not have some other designers take on the quilts? Well Marc Jacobs has decided to do just that. The Marc Jacobs Collection Quilted contains 3 numbers that I’m head over heels for.
First, the big momma of them all is the Marc Jacobs Collection Quilted Venetia. This bag (above) is a new way to look at the renowned Venetia bag with an added flair from the quilted Nappa leather and boisterous brass hardware. Both of the outside pockets show off Marc’s signature push-locks while the large brass pull with brass-tipped leather ties gives way to the top zipper closure. The inside of the bag is lined with soft suede and has a zipped pocket. I love this bag in Pearl but it is also available in Black.

Apologies for slacking yesterday. Megs moved into a new place and most of our day was spent Uhaul’ing loads of stuff back and forth. Thanks for the oversized closet, Megs. Don’t despair, we’re back in full force.
How ’bout this little number? I’ve been a Mini Copper fan ever since I can remember, and with their revival by BMW a few years ago, I’ve been hooked without hope. Sure, they are small and very limited in their application, but as a weekend car or for daily commuting to and from work, they’re perfect.
